Customer Complaints

Despite having generally good reviews, if thinking about investing with APMEX, you should fully investigate this gold investing company.

Delivery Problems

APMEX Review – Closing Thoughts

Many people enjoy APMEX’s products and services, such as their payment options and SSL-encryption on their site. With this noted there are also a few reasons why it may be best to look further when choosing the right investment company for you.

The following are some of the reasons why many people prefer to choose a different company than APMEX:

Delays or defaults in delivery

Inferior quality of products

Unusually long response times from customer service agents

A lot of complaints on the Better Business Bureau

These are APMEX’s weak points. As an investor it may be wiser to choose a company with better customer service and a very dependable reputation from many clients.
When you start investing two of the most valuable things are at stake: your time and your money. So it is smart to choose a company that has a rock-solid reputation and delivers high quality customer service.
